  • Newbie routine question

    So I FINALLY got my LG hanger and a vacuum pump. I want to gain length and girth. Does anyone have any suggestions for a beginner routine? I also got an ADS. I don’t want to over-do things, but I definitely want to make some gains. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

    To be more specific, I’m wondering if I should hang and pump on the same day, or should I alternate? Or should I do periods of hanging only and then do pumping? For instance hanging only for let’s say 3 months and then going pumping for 3 months. Something like that. If anyone has any experience with hanging and pumping let me know what combination worked for you

      PE is basically self-experimentation and is very intuitive. That said you can do whatever you like.... You can hang and pump on the same day if you like. I would give yourself at least a full hour to recover from the hang session before you pump.

      IMO - there are three PE disciplines that when combined work synergistically together to promote your full PE potential.
      Traditional hand stretching / jelqing.
      Weight hanging with the LG Hanger
      Pumping
      As you progress you can include Bundle hanging & clamping. These are advanced PE exercises that require tissue conditioning / maturity. I don't recommend doing them until you have a minimum of 6 months of dedicated training.

      Attached are a few blog articles, one on how I personally define "fatigue". I believe it will help you learn to recognize it and then understand when it's time to add more weight and increase the intensity of your training.
