Hello. I am reaching out to get some input on a side effect I am getting from hanging. I have the LG hanger and have had it for a few years. I have been doing PE for several years also. In April I restarted hanging after a year off. I have had dry skin in my glans for the last few months and I think it is effecting the sensitivity of my glans. It has the texture as if I spread elmers glue on my hand and let it dry. It is only on the top half of my glans near the hole. I am currently hanging at 9 pounds. I do appx. three 20 minute sessions in the morning and three 20 minute sessions in the evening on average. I have not had too many other problems. Everything is going good and have gained about 1/2 inch. I do a little jelqing and a little pumping and manual stretching. My wrap style is three 1.5" strips of a beige "Nexcare" tape similar to the white curad tape you sell, across the glans in a star pattern and that completely covers the glans. Then I wrap appx. 8-10" piece in a spiral from the glans down to appx 1"-2" below the glans. I vacuum the hanger so I am snug to the top inside of the hanger and I am usually very comfortable for the 20 minutes. I have gone longer than 20 minutes on the lower weight as I was progressing up to where I am at now. On new weight I would usually do 2 sets at 20 minutes for starters and slowly progress up to close to 30 minutes with three sets and after being at this weight for a while I would increase weight and go back down to two sets at 20 minutes. I have been using vitamin E oil occasionally but it does not seem to help..
Do you have any advice for me to help get rid of the dry flaking skin? Thanks in advance.
