  • Review Of the LG Hanger

    The LG Hanger is very comfortable to wear including hanging. If you are not ready for the particular weights then you will feel an aching on your skin. When I started I ignored the aching and had to rest for a week because my eq went down

    The more pressure you use the more chance you will get edema. My edema shows more when i do manual length exercise after my hanging session i usually pull very hard.

    I did the SO and the BTC when comparing them for me the BTC has the most intense stretch because your feet is up on the table and there is more leverage when your willy is swinging. Sometimes when i do the BTC my willy kind of slip away from the bottom compare to the SO it fills the chamber. I Iike doing the SO better. I feel that in able to do the BTC you need to add more pressur. I only use 6 hg hanging 7.5 Ib, maybe thats the reason for the slippage.

    I am hanging for 6 moths but it seems like i didnt gain. I hang for an hour for a month then the rest is at least 40 minutes a day 5 days a week. I went up to 7.5 Ib but i had to start all over due to not hanging for a week and a half hopefully ill start getting gains in a year or 2

    Edema can be a side effect. Try to limit your sodium intake, that will help reduce it. How you wrap can help prevent edema too. I suggest you wrap a little further down the shaft and a little firmer around the area you typically get edema. Last of all after your hang session be sure to wrap the area that has edema and if you have a Girth Band put it on top of the wrap. Take a look at the photos attached of myself after a hang session. I will do my hand stretches and wear as many girth bands that I can fit onto my flaccid post hang penis. Wear them for 2-3 hours to help keep your flaccid long while you recover and then drop down to a single girth band at the base in order to help prevent retraction. If you're experiencing slips you might want to consider going down a sleeves size, or use less weight until you can hang with the weight you're currently using for a full hour with no complications. Remember the goal is to reach fatigue and even if you experience a slip, just stop the hang and remove the chamber, check your glans wrap and if everything looks good just reinstall the chamber and draw out fresh vacuum and continue your hang session. Even if you need to do this 2 or 3 times during the hour hang session it is not detrimental.
