Good Afternoon All,
I hope your weekend is starting off great!
I have been using the LG Hanger for 2.5 months and love it. It is working! But my problem is I have gotten 2 significant blisters so far, and it is very frustrating to take time off to heal.
I have read your blog post and many other posts about avoiding blisters, but I am doing all these things. and was hoping you could give me some advice.
I was doing compression hanging with up to 15 lbs, but I started off slow with your hanger, and have worked my way up to 12lbs. I use 3m tape (kingsnake recommendation) directly on my glans, I then wrap the edge with your blue tape, then I put a glans cap over everything. I recently hung for an hour at 12lbs and got a blister. So my question is, I have heard putting a piece of foam tape on inner dome might help? I notice that my glans is not up against the dome, and it kind of pulls down into the middle of the dome, is that the problem? Should I have more pressure so it stays pressed against the dome?
Your guidance would be greatly appreciated, because I know the device is works but am terrified to get another blister.
Thanks,
Rick
