  • Dumped the Bib Mangler; rolling LG Hanger

    I was using the BIB for about 3 months, so am already hanging 10lb with LG and its the perfect stretch. My question is about angle. I had been doing BTC with BIB. Should I stick with BTC & SD for more time or should I move onto something else?

    Would greatly appreciate advice from dudes who have already paved the road.

    "Stay with BTC & SD for a couple months. Vacuum hanging is totally different than a compression clamp. Be deliberately slow with weight increases... you don’t want a blister! Give yourself time to get good glans conditioning, and once you get up to the 13-15 lbs. range, then start implementing more advanced exercises like the Fulcrum & Bundle."
