  • Soreness and swelling after hanging

The problem I am now having is that I am getting more swelling and therefore pain as well as discoloration in my foreskin after hanging. This is with hanging for just 20 mins once a day. I have noticed this a lot more since reaching 15 llb and even more with 17.5llb. I struggle to hang for 2 days in a row due to residual tenderness.

Not sure how to remedy this?

I would suggest you drop weight by at least 5 - 7 lbs or to a weight you can comfortably hang with for a full hour with no complications. Since you're only doing a 20 minute session two days a week with that much weight it's likely the reason for the issues you describe. It doesn't sound like you have attained enough tissue conditioning to be using that much weight. You should train 5-6 days a week with two sessions a day. Find a weight you can do this with and you'll find that you won't have these issues. Train 2 days on, one day off, 3 days on, one day off, and on the off days work on erection quality. Get a full hard on erection and try and maintain it for a minimum of 15 minutes.

If you get some edema on the foreskin area, then immediately after the hang session do a mild to moderately snug compression wrap with the Tender Tape for 15-20 minutes and the fluid retention or swelling will be gone.
